Mr. Reilly's career includes over 25 years of general management experience with a demonstrated track record of being a high-energy, hands-on executive who has consistently built and lead teams to excellence in the Healthcare Delivery Industry.
Prior to joining the executive search industry seven years ago, Mr. Reilly served as President and CEO of the largest urologic surgical service provider in the Western US. Mr. Reilly raised $15 MM in equity funding and made four key acquisitions. Mr. Reilly sold the company in a high-profile, highly successful sale in 1997. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the largest worldwide diagnostic imaging service provider, operating in 40 states and Europe. Mr. Reilly implemented the first service of its kind in Central Europe.
Before entering the Healthcare Industry over twenty years ago, Mr. Reilly led the second largest world-wide operating division of DHL Airways, Inc., which led the world in revenue, profitability and productivity growth for three years. He also served as Corporate Vice President of US Sales and as Vice President of Customer Service and Systems Integration - Western Hemisphere, during which time he led the development and implementation of centralized Customer Service operations in the US and Communications operations in the Americas.
He began his career in executive search in 1998, as a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of a national search firm specializing in the biotech and healthcare industry, before founding Reilly & Associates in 2000. He has carried-out over 60 searches for chief executive, chief financial officer, vice president, director and senior manager positions for most line and staff functions in clinical and administrative positions in healthcare delivery organizations.
Mr. Reilly has served on a number of corporate and community Boards over the years. He is currently serving his second term on the Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of Hospice of the Valley, where he has served as Board President and he currently serves as the Chair of the Visioning Committee.
