Mr. Reilly's career includes over 25 years of general management experience with a demonstrated track record of being a high-energy, hands-on executive who has consistently built and led teams to excellence in the Healthcare Delivery Industry.

Prior to joining the executive search industry twelve years ago, Mr. Reilly served as President and CEO of the largest urologic surgical service provider in the Western US. Mr. Reilly raised $15 MM in equity funding and made four key acquisitions. Mr. Reilly sold the company in a high-profile, highly successful sale in 1997. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the largest worldwide diagnostic imaging service provider, operating in 40 states and Europe. Mr. Reilly implemented the first service of its kind in Central Europe.

Before entering the Healthcare Industry twenty years ago, Mr. Reilly led the second largest world-wide operating division of DHL Airways, Inc., which led the world in revenue, profitability and productivity growth for three years. He also served as Corporate Vice President of US Sales and as Vice President of Customer Service and Systems Integration - Western Hemisphere, during which time he led the development and implementation of centralized Customer Service operations in the US and Communications operations in the America's.

He began his career in executive search in 1998, as a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of a national search firm specializing in the biotech and healthcare industry, before founding Reilly & Associates in 2000. He has conducted eighty searches for chief executive, chief financial officer, vice president, director positions for most line and staff functions in clinical, financial and administrative positions in healthcare delivery organizations.

Mr. Reilly has served on a number of corporate and community Boards over the years. Currently he is serving as President of the Board Directors of Coastside Hope, a safety net agency serving the San Mateo Coastside. He served for 12 years on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Hospice of the Valley, where he also served as Board President and as the Chair of the Visioning Committee. He served as Treasurer of the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club.

Mr. James comes to Reilly and Associates with over 30 years of senior management experience in executive search and high technology. Mr. James has held senior executive positions at Xerox, Ingram Micro, I-O Display Systems and most recently was President and CEO of Image Software which, among other achievements, developed the system software to control digital cameras used in pathology for Sony Medical Systems.

In the 1970's Mr. James founded the AIPA (Associated Independent Personnel Agencies) which became the second largest network of personnel recruiters in the state of Texas and co-developed one of the first computer data bases used in recruiting.

Ms. Otis retired from a 22 year career at FedEx were she was named the Global Sales Manager of the Year in 2001. While at FedEx, Ms. Otis designed and implemented a regional recruitment program which was later introduced nationally and adopted by all Corporate Sales Managers in the US.

Ms. Emerson has extensive experience in the development and maintenance of data base management systems. She ensures that our data is fresh and current. She produces client reports and designs information and presentation materials for current searches and business development activities. Ms. Emerson also heads the research function for searches in process.
